These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Tech Illusions, having its registered place of business in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (“Tech Illusions,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website techillusions.com (the “Site”) and any related products or services, including the PropWalk platform (collectively, the “Services”).
By Accessing Or Using The Site, You Represent That You Have Read, Understood, And Agree To Be Bound By These Terms, Including Our Privacy Policy, Which Is Incorporated Herein By Reference. If You Do Not Agree To These Terms In Their Entirety, You Must Not Access Or Use The Site.
2. About Tech Illusions
Tech Illusions designs, develops, and delivers immersive, technology-driven visualization solutions for the real estate, marine, and aviation industries, including its proprietary PropWalk platform. References to “solutions,” “projects,” or “portfolio” on the Site are illustrative of past or ongoing engagements and do not constitute an offer, warranty, or guarantee of any specific outcome for prospective clients.
3. Eligibility
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority and capacity to enter into these Terms, whether on your own behalf or on behalf of an organization you represent. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:
- Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Site, our computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of our service providers;

- Transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it.
Any violation of this Section entitles Tech Illusions to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without prior notice, in addition to pursuing any other available legal remedies.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Ownership
All content on the Site, including without limitation text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, project visualizations, and the PropWalk platform and its underlying technology (collectively, “Content”), is the exclusive property of Tech Illusions or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
5.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tech Illusions grants you a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Content solely for your personal or internal business evaluation purposes. No other rights are granted, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
5.3 Restrictions
You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Tech Illusions, except as expressly permitted under applicable law.
5.4 Client Content and Testimonials
Project names, images, case studies, and client testimonials featured on the Site belong to their respective owners and are displayed with permission for portfolio, marketing, and demonstrative purposes only. No further rights are granted to any user in respect of such third-party content.
6. Demo Requests and Business Inquiries
6.1 Submission
Where you submit a demo request, inquiry, or other communication through the Site, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you are duly authorized to submit such information and to engage with Tech Illusions on behalf of any entity you represent.
6.2 No Binding Commitment
Submission of a demo request or inquiry does not, by itself, create any binding legal, contractual, or commercial obligation between you and Tech Illusions. Any commercial engagement, including scope of work, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and other terms, shall be governed exclusively by a separate, duly executed written agreement between the parties, and these Terms shall not apply to such engagement except as expressly incorporated therein.
6.3 Right to Refuse
Tech Illusions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, decline, or discontinue engagement with any inquiry or demo request without obligation to provide reasons.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To The Fullest Extent Permitted By Applicable Law, The Site And All Content Are Provided On An “As Is” And “As Available” Basis, Without Warranties Of Any Kind, Whether Express, Implied, Or Statutory, Including But Not Limited To Implied Warranties Of Merchantability, Fitness For A Particular Purpose, Non-infringement, And Accuracy. Tech Illusions Does Not Warrant That The Site Will Be Uninterrupted, Timely, Secure, Error-free, Or Free Of Viruses Or Other Harmful Components, Nor Does It Warrant The Accuracy, Reliability, Or Completeness Of Any Content On The Site.
8. Limitation of Liability
To The Fullest Extent Permitted By Applicable Law, In No Event Shall Tech Illusions, Its Directors, Officers, Employees, Agents, Or Affiliates Be Liable For Any Indirect, Incidental, Special, Consequential, Exemplary, Or Punitive Damages, Or For Any Loss Of Profits, Revenue, Data, Goodwill, Or Business Opportunity, Arising Out Of Or In Connection With Your Access To Or Use Of, Or Inability To Access Or Use, The Site, Regardless Of The Legal Theory Asserted And Even If Tech Illusions Has Been Advised Of The Possibility Of Such Damages.
To The Extent Any Liability Is Not Excludable Under Applicable Law, Tech Illusions’ Aggregate Liability Arising Out Of Or Relating To Your Use Of The Site Shall Not Exceed Inr 5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tech Illusions and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any information or content you submit through the Site.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms, that are not owned or controlled by Tech Illusions. We assume no responsibility for, and expressly disclaim all liability arising from, the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of use of any linked third-party site. Inclusion of any link does not constitute an endorsement by Tech Illusions.
11. Client Projects and Deliverables
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to govern the specific scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, warranties, or other terms applicable to any commercial engagement for PropWalk or other Tech Illusions solutions. All such matters shall be governed exclusively by a separate, duly executed agreement or proposal between Tech Illusions and the relevant client.
12. Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or part of the Site at any time, for any reason, including without limitation for violation of these Terms. Sections of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, and 14) shall survive any termination of your access to the Site.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at our sole discretion at any time and without prior notice, except where otherwise required by applicable law. The revised Terms shall be effective upon posting to the Site, as indicated by the “Last Updated” date. Your continued access to or use of the Site following the posting of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of such amendment. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to applicable law, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and you irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Waiver
No failure or delay by Tech Illusions in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right, power, or remedy preclude any further exercise thereof.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement governing a specific engagement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tech Illusions with respect to your use of the Site, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
